Why is storytelling so powerful? To answer that question, ask a movie director, author, or songwriter. Stories move people emotionally. We all lean in when someone is telling a story. Stories provide listeners with powerful analogies that bypass our brain’s critical factors. Business (or professional) storytelling forges connections to help people understand big ideas and abstract concepts in a simple way.
